Car owners often turn to us to perform various tasks, for pasting interior parts, of which the most popular can be distinguished:

Pasting the interior plastic with a protective transparent film. As a rule, a protective film is needed in case of buying a new car in order to keep the novelty of plastic glossy elements for many years, or if the owner of a used car wants to restore the interior plastic “scratched by time” and then protect it reliably.

A wide range of films for interior pasting can easily satisfy even the most demanding customer.

The price for pasting interior parts varies from several points, such as whether polishing or preparation of parts is necessary before applying the film, the complexity of disassembling a particular car, as well as the cost of materials.

We use films for pasting interior parts of high quality, usually from the 3M company, because they have a high-quality adhesive base, do not peel off when the interior is heated in the summer, and, if necessary, are removed from the parts without any problems, usually without even leaving after glue yourself.

How to paste over the interior parts with a film:

  1. The first step is the choice of material and assessment of the condition of the parts. The master, together with the client, determines whether preparatory polishing is needed, etc.
  2. Disassembly of interior parts. At this stage, the master carefully disassembles and removes the interior elements. To paste the inserts on the doors, it is often necessary to dismantle the door cards, to make their partial or complete disassembly. To paste the panel around the gearbox, in some car models, it is necessary to partially or completely disassemble the console.
  3. Degreasing. It is no secret that the film adheres well to the glued elements, the interior parts must be degreased, for this special anti-silicones are used, which remove various contaminants well, while not spoiling the piano lacquer and the plastic structure.
  4. Pasting of interior parts. This process is usually the most labor intensive. With a relatively small consumption of materials, the master devotes a lot of time to the pasting process due to the high detail of the work. This work requires high concentration and increased visual detail. For example, it may take a craftsman much less time and effort to wrap a one-piece car hood than a plastic center console, due to the disassembly time and increased concentration when cutting the film.
